Many cute nail polish designs nowadays require a nail dotting tool- we figured out a way you can save money and make your own!
You'll need:
Start by dampening the cotton ball with some nail polish remover.
Clean the head of your pin- many have some type of coating or color that will transfer on to your nail if you don't remove it first.
Stick the pins on to your eraser. You're done!
